We'd like to inform customers that all changes to orders must be made known to us via email as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours from the time the order is placed. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to amend your order details anymore, unfortunately.

Once an order has been placed, we regret to inform you that we do not allow cancellations as we work very quickly to process all our orders. This is to ensure minimal disruption to our order fulfillment team. Should an exception be made, all order cancellations will be subjected to a cancellation fee of $5.

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us via email for return/exchange instructions within 7 days from the time the parcel is delivered to you.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• Products must be unused and have original tags attached
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We recommend using a traceable shipping method
• Exchanges and refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received in our warehouse

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive your returned item
• Please allow an additional 5–7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
