We ship from our partnered warehouses across the world, so expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item)

In order to protect ourselves as a Merchant, we only offer refunds on items that arrive in a defective state. You must submit photo and/or video evidence within a reasonable doubt to our support team at worldwidesouvenirscollectibles@gmail.com to be eligible for a refund. Once evidence is received and verified, you may ship the product back to our supply warehouse at the address we will provide you to be eligible for a full Refund. Items on Sale are not eligible for Refunds, but we can process an exchange for you following the same guidelines as above if it arrives in a defective state.
