In order to protect ourselves as a Merchant, we only offer refunds on items that arrive in a defective state. Once evidence is received and verified, you may ship the product back to our supply warehouse at the address we will provide you to be eligible for a full Refund. Items on sale are not eligible for refunds, but we can process an exchange for you following the same guidelines above if it arrives in a defective state.
